Returns & Refund Policy

At Peazy Gifts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Personalized and sale items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must contact us before returning any item. Returns that have not been approved by our team via email will not be accepted.
  • To initiate a return, email info@peazygifts.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Change of Mind Returns

  • If you change your mind, we offer exchanges or store credit only (no refunds).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All sales of items that are personalised are final and do not qualify for a change of mind return. 

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:

  1. Email Info@peazygifts.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error.
  2. Complete our Faulty Product Form (provided by email on request).
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Customers must provide sufficient evidence that the product was damaged before it was received.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Change of Mind: Store credit or exchange only.
  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: Customers may choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

  • We do not accept returns for unauthorized shipments (items returned without prior approval).
