Peazy Gifts — Shipping Policy
1. Overview
1.1 This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Peazy Gifts (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 Peazy Gifts is an online-only retailer. All orders are fulfilled from our workspace in Queensland, Australia, and dispatched via Australia Post, with the option to use alternative couriers if required.
1.3 This policy outlines our procedures for order processing, delivery, tracking, and associated responsibilities under Australian law.
2. Shipping Scope
2.1 We currently ship domestically within Australia only.
2.2 International shipping will be introduced in the future and, when available, will be calculated based on parcel weight and destination.
2.3 Any reference to international shipping in this policy is intended for future implementation and is not yet active.
3. Shipping Rates and Methods
3.1 The following shipping rates apply to domestic orders within Australia:
a. Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to most standard orders within Australia.Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and destination to ensure accurate postage for each order.
Orders containing multiple bulky or heavy items (for example, several wooden boxes or oversized products) may incur a higher shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
b. Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location.
c. Free Shipping: Available for orders totalling $199 AUD or more in a single transaction (Australia only).
3.2 Free shipping offers apply only to domestic deliveries and exclude bulky or oversized items unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Shipping rates are subject to change without notice; current rates are displayed at checkout.
4. Processing Times
4.1 Ready-made products are processed and dispatched within three (3) business days from the date of order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4.2 Personalised or custom products require five to seven (5–7) business days for processing prior to dispatch.
4.3 Large custom orders may require additional processing time. Estimated timeframes will be advised at purchase where possible, but Peazy Gifts makes no guarantee that delivery will align with specific customer deadlines.
4.4 Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays.
5. Tracking and Delivery
5.1 All orders are dispatched with a tracking number provided via email once shipped.
5.2 Customers may authorise Authority to Leave (ATL) at their address. When ATL is selected, Peazy Gifts and its carriers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage once delivery is confirmed.
5.3 If a parcel is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address), we will attempt to contact the customer.
a. If no response is received, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only, excluding shipping costs.
b. If the customer wishes the parcel to be reshipped, they must pay the new shipping cost in full.
5.4 Peazy Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier networks, or events outside our control.
6. Delivery Timeframes
6.1 Estimated delivery times (once dispatched) are:

6.2 Delivery timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
6.3 Peazy Gifts will not be liable for loss, inconvenience, or missed events caused by postal or courier delays.
7. International Orders (Future Implementation)
7.1 When available, international delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
7.2 Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their destination country.
7.3 International transit times will vary between 7–21 business days, depending on the postal network and customs processing.
7.4 Peazy Gifts accepts no responsibility for delays, customs holds, or additional charges imposed after dispatch.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
8.1 All parcels sent via Australia Post include tracking and automatic insurance up to $100 AUD.
8.2 If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, Peazy Gifts will resend the item(s) at no additional cost once the loss is verified by Australia Post.
8.3 Peazy Gifts does not provide refunds for delays in delivery but will assist in locating the parcel through the carrier.
8.4 Customers may request signature on delivery for an added fee.
8.5 In the event of damage in transit, customers must provide both photo and video evidence demonstrating the damage and its impact on the product.
8.6 Peazy Gifts will replace the damaged item(s) upon verification of evidence.
8.7 Minor variations in materials (such as wood grain, natural marks, or small blemishes) are considered normal and do not constitute damage or faults.
9. Order Changes, Cancellations and Modifications
9.1 Orders can be changed or cancelled only before dispatch and must be requested by email to info@peazygifts.combefore the end of the business day on which the order was placed.
9.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
9.3 Personalised or custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
9.4 Change-of-mind cancellations for non-personalised items are eligible for refunds only for the unprocessed portion of the order.
9.5 No changes can be made to an order after dispatch under any circumstances.
10. Liability and Limitations
10.1 Peazy Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, natural events, or peak periods.
10.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including missed events or deadlines, due to late delivery.
10.3 By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all shipping terms stated herein.
